Adam was highly responsive throughout the process and offered a physio-led setup program, though we had our own physiotherapist. While we haven’t had any issues with the reformer, we’ve had plenty of questions, and Adam has always been quick to respond to us. DMA reformers are high-quality, customizable, and superior in design—perfect for both my tall husband and me. The elevated height allows for a broader range of exercises. I had not previously used a reformer; finding it a great low impact exercise solution. I have noticed improvement to many muscles and I am over 50! I am generally happy with the products, however it annoys me that the metal attachments on the straps for the portable reformer do not stay in place when I work out, so I had to put rubber bands around them which is annoying for when I need to fold the reformer away
